In-Store Purchases
Please note that all items purchased in person at our store are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases. Thank you for understanding.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
1. Click the person icon in the top right corner, or click here.
2. Enter the email address used for your order.
3. Check your email for a code and enter it.
4. Select the order you want to return or refund.
5. Choose the type of refund you want.
6. Send the package to the following address:

7. You will receive an email confirmation once your package is received at our warehouse.
FREE GIFT PROMOTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Customer is entitled to receive one free sachet with an order whose total product value is at least PLN 400.
2. The free item is not added automatically. To take advantage of the promotion, once the order value exceeds PLN 400, the Customer must manually add the selected sachet to the cart from the order view.
3. After the sachet is added to a cart that meets the required amount, its price will automatically be reduced to PLN 0.
4. The promotion is valid while supplies of sachets last. In the event of a return that reduces the order value below PLN 400, the Customer is required to return the free item as well or cover its regular retail price.
