How can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver orders within Poland in 1–2 working days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance.
Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email contact@switcha.club.
How do I take care of my swimsuit?
Rinse your bikini after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on my order?
You will be responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges will be due at the time of delivery or afterward. Please note that Switcha has no control over these fees, as they are determined by the country to which your order is being shipped. We cannot provide an estimate of these costs, as they vary by country. If you are unsure about these charges, please contact your local customs office for more information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy for your items. The items must be in their original condition, with the return tag and hygiene seal intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements. Switcha provides a full refund for the item price, excluding the original shipping cost.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please visit the "Returns & Refunds" section on our website. Complete the necessary return form and submit it to contact@switcha.club. You will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, kindly send the package to the address specified on the withdrawal form and await your refund. Typically, returns are processed within an average of 3-5 working days of receiving your package.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at contact@switcha.club so we can urgently review the matter for you!
